You will learn HOW to eat and be healthy and sustain it for the rest of your life. And it’s done by eating REAL food in the proper portions of ALL food groups.

We start with an initial personal consultation followed with daily phone conversations for the first couple of weeks.. While telephone coaching may seem odd at first, you'll find it's really very conducive to open and honest communication, and it's very convenient.
We will focus on one or two behaviors to modify, thoughts to rethink or lessons to learn. It is all about “eating for a healthy life.”
